At Paradis Kids, every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and create bonds 🌟. On Friday, May 23, 2025, the school was filled with joyful colors 🎨 as parents and children were warmly welcomed for a special celebration of two deeply meaningful occasions: Mother’s Day 💐 and the International Day of Families 🫶.

An Invitation to Embrace Family Values ❤️

From the very entrance, children’s smiles 😄 revealed their excitement to enjoy quality time with their parents. This special day perfectly embodied Paradis Kids’ educational philosophy: strengthening family ties through shared experiences, nurturing children’s creativity, and putting love at the heart of learning 🎓.

Games, Laughter and Connection: Activities for Everyone 🎯🎉 The afternoon began in a cheerful atmosphere with a series of family games, thoughtfully prepared by the teaching team. These activities aimed to foster collaboration, communication, and joyful connection between parents and children: sack races 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, parent-child relays, memory or balance challenges… laughter echoed throughout the schoolyard, a sign of shared happiness 😆.

Beyond entertainment, these fun moments held true educational value 🎓. Playing together helped parents and children build trust, improve their listening skills, and rediscover the joy of teamwork – all core principles of the Paradis Kids approach 🧠💬.

Little Bakers at Work! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

One of the highlights of the day was the intergenerational pastry workshop 🍰. Each family gathered around a table to prepare a simple, colorful, and tasty dessert 😋. Guided by their curiosity and excitement, children explored ingredients and cooking tools alongside their parents. For the occasion, parents were invited into the school’s kitchen and cafeteria 🍽️, where they felt truly “at home” 🏡 in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This workshop created a moment of transmission and sensory discovery 👃👀👋. While children developed fine motor skills, parents enjoyed this special quality time with them 🤗. Everyone took pride in savoring the result of their joint effort 🎂.

Heartfelt Surprises

Art and Flowers as Gifts 🎁🎨💐 Later in the afternoon, a touching moment brought the day to a close. Children presented their mothers with two heartfelt surprises: paintings they had made in class – vibrant expressions of their imagination 🖼️ – and beautiful handmade flower bouquets 🌷 prepared especially for them.

Briefly exhibited in the activity room 🏫, these artistic creations each told a story – a child growing up, observing, feeling… and expressing love through art 🖌️💞. The touched looks and shared smiles said it all 😊.

Thanks to rigorous organization, a warm welcome and the enthusiastic participation of families, the day was a real success 🏆. A symbolic contribution per family covered the costs of materials, snacks and event management 🧃🖍️ 👩‍🏫 .

But beyond the material aspects, it was the moments of exchange, shared laughter and common discoveries that really left their mark on people’s hearts. ❤️. Parents, teachers and children left the school with light hearts and nourished minds 🌈.
